At Blackwell Roots we grow certified organic vegetables and make delicious, living, raw sauerkraut, kimchi, and ginger carrots on our family farm in Cabot, Vermont.

Our goal is to provide organic, nutrient dense, probiotic food year round, to help re-localize agriculture, and to strengthen communities of all types.

You can find our products at local stores and coops. If you don’t find them, please help us spread the word by requesting them, or shoot us an email and we will.

Wholesale Buyers

Our sauerkraut and kimchi are available in pint and quart cases as well as bulk 1-gallon food-grade plastic jars. Ginger carrots are available in pint cases only. We deliver locally and ship with Black River Produce.
